Inertial Aerosystems have introduced a new range of synchro amplifiers and digital to synchro converters, which can drive loads up to 300VA. Powered from the system’s A.C. Reference Supply, these high efficiency, solid state units have optically isolated BIT, output enable, and a “Kick Start” facility which is used to free jammed synchro rotors. The input and output stages are transformer isolated for error free and safe operation and can drive all types of synchro loads. They are commonly uses on synchro based data transmission, re-transmission, simulation, and instantaneous absolute position indicating and active control systems.
